This information is kept in our administration.

In addition, you determine to what you provide us with the requested information about your health (such as injuries) when you register for an event or with a personal training plan. By providing this special personal data, for which you give us explicit permission to include this in our administration, we are better able to adjust our services to your personal (physical) circumstances. These data are also kept in our administration and / or online portal.

Purposes for the processing of personal data
The relationship data is used to perform the customer relationship, including:

• Building and maintaining our customer relationships.
• Communicating with our relations.
• Invoicing of participation costs.
• For personal training plans, including training and log data in the online portal.
• The registration of relations in (international) competitions with organization committees falling under the ISU.

Responsible for the processing of personal data
‘Schaatstraining advies & begeleiding’ is responsible for the processing of your personal data. This means that ‘Schaatstraining advies & begeleiding’ determines the purposes and means for the processing itself and that we are responsible for compliance with the legal requirements.
